If there was any doubt that nothing is impossible, then I was looking straight at it. Not only was I in awe of these trees but the shear fact that these beautiful trees managed to grow on and through these solid rocks, and develop such strong roots and branches. The resilience that it must have taken them to grow. It leaves one feeling small in comparison. It is in these moments and scenery’s that keep me loving photography, that makes me slow down, stop and be grateful for who I am and that which I have around me, despite the mundane routine of life. Mother Nature is truly amazing!
The best part of photographing this scene was an elderly man and his wife who came towards me, and with a bewildered expression, he asked, “Young lady, May I ask what you are taking a picture off, if the beach and the rocks are right behind you?”… I said, as I pointed, “Take a look, Mother Nature’s resilient trees!” They both smiled and understood, we than talked for a while.
