Printing Process

Ang Carrion's core principals on printing is based on professionalism, respect and uncompromising quality in her creative process.

She produces her Special Edition Signature prints with inkjet printers using pigmented ink and archival materials.  She has meticulously chosen the line of Legion Fine Art Papers.

Ang's choice in paper media was based on many factors not limited to and consisting of:

  • The physical tactile feel,

  • The stability of the materials

  • and most importantly the archival quality in combination with Epson Ultra Chrome K3 inks.

Epson Ultra Chrome K3 inks which incorporate three unique levels of black produce prints with an extremely wide color gamut allowing the reproduction of colors that were originally envisioned at the point of capture.
